REFUND POLICY

Custom Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Minnesota Armwrestling are custom printed-on-demand specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, size or fit issues, or changes of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ryan@minnesotaarmwrestling.com.

To report a defective or damaged item, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you.
